DesignShift: From Play to Win to Play to Play

- Rick Ruben
DesignShift: From “Play to Win” to “Play to Play.”
Play, like creativity, is a state of freedom. With expectations of outcomes removed, we can give into the moment. We can be with what is. Play, joy, and well-being serve as reminders of what life is all about. Existing in a place without the expectation of productivity or success. The other day, I was doing a yoga practice online and the teacher asked: How would my experience change if I simply believed that my only responsibility was to cultivate joy? I will ask you the same question.
